Jon-Paul graduated from the Residential Apprenticeship in 2003 and the Inside Apprenticeship in 2007. He has worked as an apprentice, journeyman and foreman in IBEW Local 332 for 15 years. He has also served Local 332 as a Steward, a Delegate, and a volunteer to various committees.
His work at the JATC began as a tutor in 2008-09. In 2012 his role expanded as a journeyman instructor. He conducted classes for HVAC Controls, Motor Controls, and the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Program. In 2014, he taught the 4th year of the Inside Apprenticeship Program and shortly thereafter, was hired as the Apprentice Coordinator.
His focus as Apprentice Coordinator is squarely on the Apprentice and the Apprenticeship Program. He understands his role as manager, leader, and advocate for each of the apprentices and for the Apprenticeship Program, as a whole.
