I began my Inside Wireman Apprenticeship Program in 1992 after serving in the United States Marine Corps for eight years. During my career as an electrician, I worked with many of our local contractors as an Apprentice, Inside Wireman, Foreman, and General Foreman, and gained varied and invaluable experience. I later utilized the knowledge, skills, and abilities that I had attained through my many years in the field, and became an instructor in 2003 as to be a part of educating future electricians. As to further continue to provide the highest standard of education in the electrical field, I accepted the opportunity to become the Training Director in February of 2009. It is with a strong commitment and dedication to education and giving back, that I approach training the next generation of electricians.

Andrew accepted the position of Apprentice Coordinator with the JATC, after having left his position as Supervising Electrical Inspector with the City of San Jose.  He has been a committed IBEW member since 1997.  As an Inside Wireman apprentice, he had worked for Rosendin Electric, Dynalectric, Bevans, and Cupertino Electric.  While in the apprenticeship at the JATC, he excelled in Code related training, and after graduating, continued in improving those skills, eventually accepting a position with the City of San Jose's Electrical Inspection Department.  Prior to his involvement with the electrical industry, he worked as a court interpreter and civil litigation paralegal with an emphasis on worker's rights.  This well-rounded background makes him an excellent addition to the JATC staff. 

Rick is our Day School Instructor for the Inside Wireman Apprenticeship Program

Jessica is the Journeyman Class Administrator. She oversees registration for Local 332 Journeyman classes. Jessica assists Journeymen in class registration to meet the requirements for the renewal of their State Certification. She also administers Veteran's Benefits, raises, and evaluations.
 

Bev is responsible for accounts payable, and payroll.
 

Judy assists applicants as they make their way through the application process. She receives minimum qualification documents, schedules aptitude testing and interviews.
